中國(guó)農(nóng)墾是在黨的第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體決策和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，為承擔(dān)國(guó)家使命，在國(guó)家大規(guī)模投資開(kāi)荒建場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上逐步發(fā)展起來(lái)的特殊組織。八十年來(lái)，在黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，農(nóng)墾始終堅(jiān)持以農(nóng)為本，在昔日的荒原、戈壁、灘涂上，建設(shè)了一大批現(xiàn)代化國(guó)有農(nóng)場(chǎng)和糧食、棉花、天然橡膠等重要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)基地，形成了組織化程度高、規(guī)模化特征突出、產(chǎn)業(yè)體系健全的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)，為保障國(guó)家糧食安全和重要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給、支援國(guó)家建設(shè)、維護(hù)邊疆和諧穩(wěn)定做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。目前，農(nóng)墾已發(fā)展成為分布在全國(guó)31個(gè)省份，擁有35個(gè)墾區(qū)、1831個(gè)國(guó)有農(nóng)場(chǎng)、1404萬(wàn)人口、651.66萬(wàn)公頃耕地、5743個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)組織的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)。2020年，農(nóng)墾糧食產(chǎn)量達(dá)3562.74萬(wàn)噸，占全國(guó)的5.32%，生產(chǎn)總值突破8279.79億元，人均純收入達(dá)21908元，為推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)和鄉(xiāng)村振興發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。
近年來(lái)，各墾區(qū)立足資源稟賦和區(qū)位特點(diǎn)，圍繞特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)，大力推進(jìn)規(guī)模化、專(zhuān)業(yè)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)進(jìn)程，培育了一大批知名企業(yè)和農(nóng)墾品牌。如今年參展的廣東農(nóng)墾的“廣墾糧油”“燕塘”乳制品、廣西農(nóng)墾的“農(nóng)墾老味”紅糖、江西農(nóng)墾的“云居”茶葉、云南農(nóng)墾的“愛(ài)云咖”咖啡、貴州農(nóng)墾的“瀑布”茶葉、安徽農(nóng)墾的“敬亭綠雪”茶葉、青海農(nóng)墾的“瀚海綠康”藜麥等品牌和產(chǎn)品，都具有較高的市場(chǎng)認(rèn)可度和知名度。農(nóng)墾質(zhì)量管理安全水平也不斷提升，建立了覆蓋全國(guó)748家企業(yè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量追溯體系，其中全面質(zhì)量管理143家。截至目前，種植業(yè)追溯規(guī)模達(dá)到3381萬(wàn)畝，養(yǎng)殖業(yè)追溯達(dá)到8232萬(wàn)頭（只），水產(chǎn)追溯規(guī)模241萬(wàn)畝，收集存儲(chǔ)生產(chǎn)檔案記錄4800多萬(wàn)條，追溯產(chǎn)品265多萬(wàn)個(gè)批次，消費(fèi)者查詢累計(jì)180萬(wàn)次，示范帶動(dòng)130家地方企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程可追溯。一批農(nóng)墾企業(yè)成為奧運(yùn)會(huì)、世博會(huì)、亞運(yùn)會(huì)、全運(yùn)會(huì)、APEC會(huì)議、G20峰會(huì)等重大活動(dòng)的特許供給品及指定供應(yīng)商。農(nóng)墾已成為安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的代名詞。
Under the first-generation leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC for short)，a special organization, China State Farm (CSF for short), was established on the base of vast state investment, to undertake the mission of opening up wasteland for cultivation. In the past decades, under the correct leadership of CPC central committee and the state council, the agriculture-oriented CSF has built numbers of modernized state farms and bases of essential agricultural products, involving grain, cotton and natural rubber, on the former wasteland, desert and shallows. CSF has its advantages in agriculture, such as high centralization, large scale of production and sound industrial system. Of this superiority, CSF has made great contribution to food security, national construction and frontier stability. So far, CSF has developed to a socio-economic system, with 35 reclamation areas distributed in 31 provinces of China. CSF has broad areas and a large operating system: 1,831state farms, 14.04 million population, 6.52 million hectares of farmland, and 5,743 industrialized organizations. By 2020, the grain output of CSF has touched 35.63 million ton, accounting for 5.32% of the nation; its total output value has grossed RMB 828 million yuan; its farmers’ per capita net income reaches RMB 21,908 yuan, which largely promote the development of modern agriculture and rural revitalization.
In recent years, with the promotion of scaled, professionalized and standardized production, the reclamation areas of CSF has cultivated a lot of famous enterprises and brands based on their resource endowment, location environment and advantageous industry. Many of the CSF brands and products, with relatively high acceptance and popularity, would be exhibited in the 19th China International Agricultural Trade Fair (CATF for short), including Yan Tang milk product of Guangdong State Farm, Traditional Flavor brown sugar of Guangxi State Farm, Yun Ju green tea of Jiangxi State Farm, i Coffee of Yunnan State Farm, Waterfall green tea of Guizhou State Farm, Jing Ting Lv Xue green tea of Anhui State farm, Han Hai Lv Kang quinoa of Qinghai State Farm, etc. CSF’s ability of product quality management has much increased. It has established a high level Agricultural Product Quality Traceability System, covering 748 domestic enterprises, of which 143 enterprises has realized overall quality management. So far, the system has covered 2.25 million hectares of land in crop farming, 82.32 million livestock in animal husbandry and 0.16 million hectares in aquaculture; collected agricultural production record of 5.07 million; traced agricultural product of over 0.2 million batches; and been used by the consumers for 1.8 million times By this system, CSF has served as a model for 130 local enterprises to make their production process traceable. Many CSF enterprises has become the assigned suppliers of major events, such as the Olympic Games, the World Expo, the Asian Games, the National Games, APEC meeting, G20 Summit, etc. Today, CSF has made its name synonymous with safety and high quality.
